My experience with holistic health and wellness began 30 years ago when I landed my first job as an apprentice in an Aveda salon. It was here where I found my passion for living and working with nature. I began studying the principles
of Ayurveda, including aromatherapy, color therapy, nutrition, and self realization. Throughout the years I have worked one on one with clients as a hair stylist, makeup artist, massage therapist, and recently, yoga instructor! I've held positions of leadership as Director of Education in Cosmetology, taught massage therapy and facilitated workshops for the public. Currently, my practice has evolved into wellness coaching; helping folks to understand their own personal constitution and live in harmony with nature. This includes holistic nutrition, yoga, meditation and daily mindfulness. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

The Holistic Approach
What is Holistic?
The term "holistic" simply means encompassing the whole of a thing.
My approach to wellness is based on different philosophies including
Ayurveda , Yoga and Meditation, Homeopathy, Flower Essences
and Herbal Medicine.
My goal as a Holistic Wellness Counselor is to help folks discover
the body,mind, spirit connection and find balance though the seasons
in today's modern world of quick fixes and instant gratification.
It isn't always easy and sometimes feels like more work than it's worth,
but trust me; as you gain a deeper understanding of your body, mind
and spirit, your holistic lifestyle will come naturally and you'll feel better
